Our Teaching Methodology

Our curriculum is designed for our students to build a solid foundation through structured, progressive learning. We emphasise the importance of fundamental technique, positional understanding and problem solving under pressure. Through our teaching methodology, we aim to create an environment where students build coordination, sharpen decision-making skills, and develop a resilient, competition-ready mindset whether you’re a complete beginner or seasoned competitor.

Each class is approximately 1 hour and follows a structured format to maximize learning and retention:

Warm-Up – Improve mobility and reduce injury risk while preparing your body for training.

Technique & Theme – Introduction to the focus of the class, covering key movements and concepts.

Drilling – Practice techniques in a controlled setting to build coordination and confidence before applying them live.

Live Positional Sparring – Apply techniques under resistance to refine efficiency and make real-time adjustments.

Full Sparring – Test your skills in a dynamic setting, incorporating learned techniques into your game.

Our Classes emphasize building coordination, improving retention, and creating a smooth progression from learning to application.
