Kids (Ages 5–7)
Our 5–7 year old program is a fun, high-energy 30-minute class designed to introduce kids to the foundations of technique and coordination for Jiu Jitsu. Parents can expect plenty of games and body movement drills that feel like play—but behind the fun, your child is learning essential skills that will support their Jiu-Jitsu journey for years to come. Before you know it, class is over, and they’re happy, tired, and building confidence without even realizing it.
Kids (Ages 8–12)
This program takes things up a notch with more structured learning while keeping the fun alive. Kids will start combining basic techniques, learning teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving along the way. Expect a mix of drills, games, and controlled sparring to help develop coordination, focus, and resilience—all in a positive, encouraging environment.
Teens (Ages 13–16)
Our teen program is designed to support young people as they face new challenges in life. Jiu-Jitsu teaches how to stay calm under pressure, think strategically, and work through stressful situations—skills that go far beyond the mats. Through technical training, live sparring, and a supportive community, teens build confidence, self-control, and mental toughness that will serve them in school, sports, and life.
